In this 52 page report from global consulting firm McKinsey, they identify the key pathways that can balance cost and CO2 reductions, in a bid to limit global warming to 1.5ºC.
Identifying the most effective measures, whilst also showing which practices offer very little promise, the report provides concise information that balances action with profit. With food production contributing up to 37% of global greenhouse gasses, this is a sector which requires significant changes from business as usual.
