According to Channel 4 News, Northern Ireland has announced two deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours – an increase from zero the day before.
There have been concerns about the safety of essential staff in food processing plants – many of which employ a significant number of workers from overseas.
Earlier this month one such worker, Luciana da Silva, from East Timor, died alone at home. According to her death certificate, it was presumed Covid-19 was the cause.
